[Job Board] Policy Analyst - Education Policy Implementation - OECD


OECD’s Directorate for Education and Skills (EDU)’s Policy Advice and Implementation Division (PAI) is looking for a Policy Analyst to join its new Implementing Policies: Supporting Change in Education programme, which aims to assist OECD countries and jurisdictions in the implementation of their education policies. The analyst will take on a variety of tasks, including policy and implementation research and analysis, and presenting and exchanging with a range of education stakeholders internationally. The policies covered can be school improvement, teacher and school leadership policy, curriculum reform, developing schools as learning organisations or evaluation and assessment, among others. The Policy Analyst will work as part of the Implementing Education Policies team, under the leadership of a Senior Analyst and the direction of the Head of the Policy Advice and Implementation Division within the Directorate for Education and Skills (EDU/PAI).

An advanced university degree in education, public policy, economics, social sciences, or a similar discipline. Minimum three, preferably five years of relevant experience in public/education policy analysis and implementation in an international or national agency, or research institute. Demonstrated knowledge of education policy and implementation issues and substantial expertise in one or more key areas of policy in a cross-national context.
