Porticus and INEE are recruiting a consultant to conduct a mapping exercise of existing measurement tools & approaches and monitoring & results frameworks related to academic and social-emotional learning outcomes. This work aims to provide policy guidance towards a shared understanding of learning outcomes and monitoring in the education in emergencies space. The work is a priority of the Quality and Equitable Learning Outcomes (QELO) work stream within INEE’s Education Policy Working Group (EPWG).
