The Swiss Commission for UNESCO is organizing the first “Swiss Education Platform 2030”, which will be held on 13th June 2017, 9h15- 16h45 in Bern.
Currently, Switzerland is working on the implementation process of Agenda 2030, including Objective 4 on education: “by 2030, ensuring universal access to quality education, on an equal footing, and to promote opportunities for lifelong learning”. This can only be achieved through ongoing collaboration and regular exchanges between active networks bringing together governments, NGOs, the academic world, the private sector, including schools, parents and learners.
Nearly two years after the adoption of the 2030 Education Agenda, this event will take stock of the work that has been done at the national and international levels. In addition, it will foster exchanges and networking for stakeholders interested in the implementation of the 2030 Education Agenda.
Registration: Participation is free. However, the number of participants is limited, so please register here before 30th May 2017.
